What to expect
The first step for is to discuss your concerns and agree that a consultation from me would be helpful. The second step would be to send you Evaluation Paperwork, have you sign the necessary consent forms, fill out the questionnaires and rating scales, and schedule an appointment.
After this, I will meet with parents/legal guardians and with the child or adolescent individually. I will provide my diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations to all present, or individually, and may also request lab tests or other academic/ psychological testing.

Additionally, I may seek out collateral information with your consent. The total initial evaluation time is 2 hours. Follow up sessions are either 30 minutes or 50 minutes. monthly. I offer vitual/zoom and in person visits.
My fees are $320-$420 per session, depending on the duration. I take payments via credit card, zelle and apple pay. I do not accept insurance but provide you with a super bill to submit claims and get reimbursed directly. I am happy to create an individual payment plan with you. I subscribe to an Electronic Health Portal, E-Prescriptions and have a secure HIPAA email for Patient communication.
